Fill the Admission Form

Download and print the admission form. Paste one recent passport-size photograph in the square-shaded box. Kindly put 'N/A' in the Team/Individual section of the form if it does not apply.

Prepare Documents

A candidate for admission is required to provide photocopies of the following documents at the time of admission:

• Date of Birth Certificate from Nagar Nigam/Gram Panchayat
• OR Aadhar Card (One Photocopy)

Submit & Join

Submit the printed form along with your documents at the academy office. After verification, you'll be assigned your training batch!
